Is Guesstimate free?

Yes. The free plan includes 3 sends a month plus unlimited drafts, clients and items, client signing, deposits, reminders, expenses and reports. Pro ($4.99/month or $39.99/year, with a 14-day free trial) adds unlimited sends (fair use 300 a month), job photos, photo measuring, AI receipt scanning and removes the Guesstimate footer.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. You can create, edit and present documents offline. Sending and syncing happen automatically when you are back online.

Do payment confirmations count toward my sends?

No. Payment confirmations never count. Resending the same estimate to the same client is also free; a changed document counts as a new send.

Does Guesstimate take payments?

No. It records payments your clients make to you (cash, check, card, transfer) and sends them a confirmation. It never processes or holds money.

How do my clients sign?

In person on your phone, or online: every sent document has a private link where the client can view, accept and sign without an account.

How do I cancel Pro?

On your iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Guesstimate. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

I got a new phone. How do I restore my purchase?

How do I delete my account?

In the app open More › Settings › Account › Delete account. This permanently erases all your data on our servers and disables your customer links. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Yes. We do not sell your data or show ads. See the Privacy Policy.
