Delete your account

Guesstimate by Bayou Browns LLC

Deleting your Guesstimate account permanently erases your account and all of your data on our servers. It cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Guesstimate and sign in.
Go to More › Settings › Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately.

Or ask us by email

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Guesstimate account”. We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email and password)
Every business, client, item, estimate, invoice, receipt, payment and expense
Your logo, signatures, sketches, job photos and receipt photos
Your push notification token

All customer links you've sent stop working.

What is not deleted

Your App Store subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Copies of documents you already emailed to your clients, which are in their inboxes.
